Pineapple Connections: February 7, 2021

February 7, 2021 at 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm EST

Text bubble with text: We're Hanging Out above 2 pineapples with sunglasses and text below: Pineapple Connections

Pineapple Connections is a peer to peer “support group” for those dealing with the hiccups of conception. Navigating life while dealing with these struggles can be really challenging, and trying when everyone around you seems to “get it right”. Be around others who “get it”, and have an idea of what your journey may be like.

This is a safe space for those who have chosen to go through the ART (Assistive Reproductive Technology) route, and for those who have chosen not to do so. For people who have had loss. For people have chosen non traditional ways of family building, and those who chosen to close the chapter, but still want community.

For this date, we will be joined by Tracie Sullivan, Grassroots Outreach Manager for RESOLVE. She’ll be sharing with us information on the May Advocacy Day and how we can get involved through our own personal and professional experiences around fertility. RESOLVE: The National Infertility Association, established in 1974, is dedicated to ensuring that all people challenged in their family building journey reach resolution through being empowered by knowledge, supported by community, united by advocacy, and inspired to act.

We host virtual hangouts twice a month. 1st Sunday at 4pm and 3rd Wednesday at 7pm. {Typically we meet the 3rd Wednesday of each month at Indigo Physiotherapy, at this time all hangouts are on Zoom}
